POOR POOR POOR SERVICE !!

I booked the bus on Sunday 5 Jan 2025 from Pietermaritzburg to Lenasia South .We were supposed to leave at 10h55 but we ended up leaving after 15h00. All their busses came and none wanted to take us ie Vereeniging/Lenasia.We waited there like fools.No explanations. At last when we were given a bus it did not stop anywhere for refreshments.One way as if it was our fault the bus was late.The Managers there are not organisedat all and that bus was not cheap at all. Why are they taking bookings to places when they dont have a plan.....Clear plan? Disappointed. I pray NOT to find myself in that company bus again
