Poor Customer Service

The service with this bus liner from Pretoria to South Coast is constantly poor. I was on the bus that left from Bosman station to Scottburgh on the 13th December 2019. We had two instances where we had to wait for periods of close to 2 hours and no one had the courtesy to inform us what was the cause of the delay. This is not the first instance where this kind of thing is happening. There is clearly a lack of planning with this organization and the customers are always the ones that suffer
