poor customer care

We booked tickets, in advance, so that we could have good seats together. We had those seats from margate to durban. In durban we were abruptly moved to another bus with no apology or explanation. We got seats squashed in the back corner as someone else was in our new assigned sears and the bus driver refused to intervene.
