Poor bus service and customer care

The worst bus ever, I have booked 5 tickets to Durban from Johannesburg for my 2 sisters & 3 kids , first of all I made a mistake by booking incorrect time but I needed to pay R80 extra for each ticket to change to correct time...The bus depature time was 12:30 but it only arrived to the station 14:00.They were supposed to arrived at Durban station by 19:30 but they arrived only after 00:00 because the bus broke down until they got another bus after 2 hours, Intercity buses should be taken off the road .Sometimes i wonder if its not even a waste of time to write reviews because they are there to read only because of desparation we still use those buses .. Can you imagine the bad experience our kids had and one of my sister started to get sick. I so wish that these reviews can be taken seriously and serious decisions can be made concerning customers needs.
