PETHATIC SERVICE @INTERCITY EXPRESS

PETHATIC SERVICE. Been waiting for bus from 9AM Pinetown to Johannesburg, almost 6 hrs later no clear communication. Not able to call help line( no answer) staff has no answers except the buses later are fully booked.no way forward. What an inconvenience. I booked the ticket for my helper now I won't be able to go to work because of this incompetency, worse part I will lose out on business because of this nonsense.
