Pathetic service from Intervity Xpress Eagle liner

Pathetic service. Heard about the terrible bus services and decided to cancel my ticket 3 days before. It's been over three weeks now and I have not received my 70% refund for cancelation. Every time I call, the customer care service is absolutely terrible. The one lady was actually talking to me with her mouth full whilst chewing on her snacks. I've got 3 reference numbers, none of which I've received any feedback on. I am now seeking to pursue legal action to get my money back. Never recommend this bus service to anyone.
