Pathetic service from Intercity Express not refunding people at all

Paid for tickets on 25/12/2025 then cancelled and requested a refund on 15/01/2026 as the trip was cancelled a week ahead of time, submitted everything they asked for and waited the 7 to 21 working days as per their stipulated dates. Followed up again today 19/02/2026 as there was still no payment in the bank, was advised their accounts department is still busy with a backlog of payments from November 2025 and I must check back at the end of March 2026 which is utter *******. Their backlog has got nothing to do with me,they received the payment in December and I followed their cancellation procedure as stated on their website, I dont understand why it is so hard to just settle people who are waiting for their refunds. Where else does one have to post to just get payment back, I need my refund and they are deciding to play God with my funds. I do not recommend this company at all, stay far far away from them.
