Pathetic customer service
I booked a bus ticket just before 09h00 this morning. Paid with my debit card, payment was successfully but yet the booking was not successful as it apparently expired. Been in touch with the useless customer service on Whatsapp and call center...still no clue as to what's going to happen with my booking...my follow-ups on Whatsapp are being ignored, last conversation was when they asked for bank statement and no feedback from them. Call center promises to get back to me and nothing till now.

01 Oct 2021, 15:59So I eventually got assistance from a wonderful Idah Nhlabathi. She was patient and sorted out my query on a one call resolution. Kudos to her. Don't think I'll be using intercity express again though. Thank you for your wonderful service Idah.
