Pathetic!!!!

I was due to get onto one of your buses this morning at 8.35am and was there since 7.30am.

I waited almost 4 hours at the stop and the bus never pitched!!

I stood in the sun for a heck a long time all for nothing! It was such pathetic service from the call centre agents as well. As they had no reason why the bus didn't show and later tell me that the bus had left me behind!

This prevented me from going to work the next day!

Poor poor service!

Very unhappy customer!
