It doesn't deserve any star, they don't value their customers I even wonder how can such a business continue to run, they put our lives and health at risk, they can make a driver drive 24 hours, major breakdown and won't provide escape bus till its late and people left stranded, bus drivers are abusive, the one I'm riding on now smells urine the toilet is overflowing of urine as if it's been days since the tank has been emptied, because they are the only bus that goes down to south coast passes Durban, they treat people disrespect and knows we are desperate for their service. Not having competition is an opportunity to abuse people
