Only 5 charging ports? REALLY!!!!

I am not happy with my trip from Margate to Jhb. The was a loud flapping noise that kept us awake. No communication about where we are especially when people debus, has the driver considered some people may not know their destination. About 5 charging ports were working. We arrived an hour later than the estimated time,even then no communication whatsoever. No man, do better.
