Not happy about Intercity Service

I bought for my brother to from PMB to JHB 25 June 2024 Depart 12:40 Arrival 18:30. It's 3 tickets for R900 I paid Ref STAZ4C4. He then had issues and missed the bus. He went to ask and beg to be put on the next bus which has space but the laid in the office refuse to help. Can you pls assist we not asking for refund but if he can get a space tomorrow 26 June 2024 on any bus before 1pm he has to report at work on the e 27 morning. And I don't have any funds to pay again for tickets.
