Nonsense service

Worse service ever. Still waiting for my refund after 2 months of booking a return ticket with them Booked for the 7th of February going to Cape Town. The bus was 8+hours behind schedule. Just got an sms saying the bus is running late.

When I got to Cape Town, the lady at the office seemed like she doesn't t know her job.wasnon the phone with her manager, apparently.

The refund was supposed to be done 21days later, it's now 2 months. Still waiting. Patricia, who never gives me a straight answer is always ghosting me in their whatsapp number. Their landlines don't go through.

This is a bad company. The worst to be honest I just want my money back.
