Nonsense of a bus

I wish there was a zero star, customer service is nonexistent. Why must I load and offload my bags on the bus. I know I should be charged for extra luggage but the amount I paid was too high and still having to load the bags myself ayiii. No labels on the bags as well. Oh I’m just glad I made it home safe.
