NON existing Service: STEELING your money: Traveller ticket ELIX***3 - Intercity Express Eagle Liner

Actually if I could, it would be -10. This is the utmost ridiculous, NON existing, pathetic service offered ever. It DOES not exist. They have 4 - 5 telephone numbers, NON working. Whatsapps are responded to way after it was read. I booked a ticket for my domestic worker from Cradock to Mossel Bay on 09 November 2022. (not without problems, I have whatsapp messages as Proof) She waited from 13h00 for the bus to arrive (she was supposed to be there at 14h30), At 16h30 i called her and asked where they were, just be informed that she is still waiting at Cradock Total garage for the bus. NOTE that my telephone number was provided to them as contact number. After more than an hour battling to contact them, i received a whatsapp return informing me that they have cancelled the trip for that day. WITHOUT informing anybody. I am STILL awaiting my R450.00 refund. I was however informed that I will be charged R90.00 for the cancellation- which was done by THEM and not by me. Correspondence is pathetic. PLEASE do not make use of this so called SERVICE.... You will only loose your money and waste hours on your phone and emails to try and correspond with so called service providers. BE warned this is PATHETIC absolute disgusting empty promises. I have proof of all my correspondence via email and whatsapp as the telephone numbers does not work.
