NON –EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worse bus service ever, they don't even deserve a star. Bus was supposed to be at park station 9am but only arrived at 2pm. The manager only came around 1:30 to address the now very irritated and angry crowd. 2pm the bus eventually arrived just for it to get stuck outside Pietermaritzburg. We had to take to next bus that was already full. Some people had to stand. Please don't ever book this bus. Horrible Horrible Horrible service
