No working air conditioning, no fire extinguisher , Non responsive Driver.

Hi there

I'm currently in your bus that is full to capacity but has no working air conditioner. The inspectors came into the bus while in Hieldeburg. When asked about the non working air conditioner, no one answered. Passengers have been asking the driver but he refuses to respond.

The bus that I was originally in from Edenvale had proper ventilation.

I have called your call center who promised that they would call me back . That has not happened.

I suffer from Hypertension and Cannot be in this environment for 8 hours. Maybe what you will understand is finding a DEAD passenger in your bus.

We are all suffocating. Numerous calls have been made. I am sitting next to a cancer patient who is struggling . My ticket number is Elix **********

I have photos as evidence of the no fire extinguisher. Passengers have now broken the roof of the roof emergency exit out of desperation. I have evidence of this as well. This is appalling. This bus should not be on the road in my opinion.
