NO SECURITY FOR CUSTOMER PACKAGES & BAD SERVICE

<p>Today my son 14 years and his sister 3 years took a bus from Margate to Jhb, when he gets out of the bus to get his bag... it was nowhere to be found. They took the big bag with everything that was inside... SHOES, CLOTHES AND COSMETICS......I am very disappointed with their service. I am a single mother and I work hard for my kids... I trusted INTERCITY COMPANY i feel bad because we do not have any other buses that travel to Margate.... I am contacting my lawyers regarding this situation.....</p>
