Nightmare Travelling

Travelling from Durban to JHB on the 10th October 2025 with a family of five was a nightmare. With over 27° on your head whilst no air-conditioning in the bus from Intercity Xpress. The road maintenance in place, one can imagine the torture and suffering being stuffed in that bus like some goods that needed to be transported yet we were living beings that need air to breath. This was the worst ever trip I've endured in my life thanks to this transport company. I doubt I'd ever book this company after this experience..
