Nightmare travel with Intercity Express

26 Oct we left home for holiday in Margate, the driver put of the air con for the co driver and refuse to put it on. It was very hot and my blood pressure kept rising and got so bad I needed to see a doctor when i got to my destination. The driver was so rude and have NO people s****s! Yesterday morning me and my family left Margate to came home to Pretoria. We will pull over by traffic police and brought to the Traffic offices where the bus was impounded because it don't have the necessary permits.

We waited 2 hours for another bus, Eagle liner bus showed up, no toilets and the driver also didn't want to stop for a bathroom break for my kids.

This was the worst experience i have ever had with traveling by bus. I have Hypertension stage 2. My feet is so swollen, wont be able to walk comfortably for 2 days. We had a 16 hour trip that was suppose to be 10 hours. My husband have severe epilepsy and had a seizure during the early morning hours.

I want to be refunded, but you can beg get angry they just don't care.

They need to get your papers and drivers in order!!!!! While we were waiting more buses from Them was brought in by the traffic police so its all the buses that have problems.
