This bus line is a joke. I booked for my 72 year old mom who has fear of long distance traveling in a taxi. Traveling from Durban to Standarton. On the 1st of April 2026 the bus dropped her off at a taxi rank 2 hours away from Standerton putting her life and health at risk, She had to take a taxi to come to Standerton. The returning bus on the 7the of April 2025 sent a message canceling service in the morning and when I called them they are telling to expect refund the following day. How is she supposed to get to her destination now.
