Bus tickets Elix***1-59 Worst service ever experienced with Intercity. A very arrogant and ****** driver Masego was our driver. Said he can be reported nothing will happen to him because he is black. On Thursday morning at 07.45, we where on time waiting for the bus. He arrived late and we had to walk, with our luggage, to him because he didn't stop at the bus stop. Then he stood for an hour at Heidelberg. On our way to Pinetown, he stopped more than 6 times, to pick up parcels from individuals. He didn't stop at decent refreshment stops. We stopped once, the smokers on the bus was furious. The bus was filthy and the toilet sprayed on your feet when flashing. We arrived more than 2 hours late in Pinetown, he didn't stop at McDonalds but further down the road where my family was not waiting. It is very dangerous in that part of Pinetown. When my brother spoke to him about it, he was very rude and arrogant.
