Never use intercity busses they are dangerous

Worst service ever, would advise anyone thinking of using intercity busses SHOULD NOT the drivers are rude, violent and have lack of driving long distance, I don't know if they don't know the routes or what. But all I can say is that bus is the worst of them all and when you call their customer service to report anything you never get any assistance the only thing you will get is that they will call you back but they never do.

Yesterday this bus ELIX***2 if I typed it correctly but it was from East London station to Johannesburg, my God the violence the driver named sibusiso showed and his colleague and rudeness made me to and other passengers that were on that bus afraid of ever using intercity services. We called the customer care with no till now
