Never travel with them.!Refunds don’t exist in this company,

I purchased a bus ticket using Computicket about 3 weeks ago from JHB to Fort Beaufort,the day before I had to travel my boss called and I had to cancel my bus ticket.

I called and the lady cancelled my bus ticket but the weird thing is that I didn’t get any proof that my ticket was cancelled but anyways she advised me that the funds will be available in my account after 7-10 working days.

It has been well over 10 working days but no money in my account, I called today to find out what’s the delays only to get a rude and unwilling to assist receptionist/consultant. She no says my money will take 31 days kanti which banks are theses companies using for a refund to take 31 working days.

I’m so not happy about this and from what I hear the busses don’t even show up a person can end up being stranded in the streets waiting for Intercity bus.
