Never Again!

I am so angry. We were supposed to board a Intercity bus at 7:45. It never arrived. We finally got put onto another bus at 9PM only to be taken to a half way house. Close to Parkview I think. None of us are even sure where we are and the communication from the bus drivers is... Well there is none! We have been standing here for an hour, maybe more. All I know is they are messing around with people's lives. We were supposed to arrive in Shelly Beach at 6AM. It's been 3 hours and we still stuck in Gauteng. There are people here that have to be at work at 7h30!!!!!! How is this acceptable?
