My depating time was 8:10 which was ok but the time is 11:19 and we havnt left gauteng

My depating time was 8:10 which was ok but the time is 11:19 and we havnt left gauteng. The bus is busy going around collecting people we're as my arrival time is durban 17:00.the bus driver is not talking to us when asked questions. The customer service number they keep you on hold with mo answers. As things looks i might be arriving durban at 21:00 @night. My taxis to my destination will be finished by then. They dont care bout their customers as long as they collected their money. I hate this bus right now with all my heart, they give you **** service.
