Worse service ever, its my 1st and last time booking this bus, the bus that i booked was from East London station to Durban via Mthatha and the departure time was 10h40, and i arrived at the station at 10h15, only to find out the bus has already left, i had to catch a meter taxi to Windmill and the lady that attended me in East London station was very rude and unprofessional, she told me there is nothing she can do the bus has already left, i must jst catch a taxi to Windmill and its not her problem that we book online and ended up getting the wrong timings, Very disappointed and fuming at the same time jst can't wait to reach my destination. 🤮😡😡
