I cancelled my bus tickets 3 days before departure time,the kept lying to me saying the refund was made and will receive the money in 15 to 21 days I waited and those days passed. The company kept lying saying I will receive the money the other week ,the week passed and they said the other week again still then now they coming and telling me that the bus was not made
