Their Service is extremely bad, customer care is worse you call 100 times no one pick the call if you're lucky they pick they'll tell you they'll call you back then you'll wait forever for their call.

I forgot something on the bus, and I called customer care line, the bus was 5 minutes away, luckly they picked my call, the lady said she'll call the driver and call me back, she never call me back even today i'm still waiting for their call, i kept on calling them no one pick the call up until today, I suspect they do not have the driver's number since they didn't have enough buses and they hired a bus from another company for passengers, even that bus almost left me in the departure point since i was waiting for the bus written intercity xpress, in front of me the white bus was loading, with the driver wearing other company uniform, No one communicated to us about this. that showed me very high level of unprofessionalism.
