Maladministration, company slogans totally against what they believe in, water of time and money
Well, I don't even know where to begin but I'm just emotionally drained, endless calls, endless emails, now I'm on their IG account, now Hello Peter is my last resort.
It's over a month now asking for my refund but all I get is lies, just now about 20mins ago, they only asking me for my details, do I literally have to go this route to get their attention?
Appalling administration, I must say

These people need to shut down their operation, it's a **** I tell you, visit their FB page, oh my gosh it's a disaster, the negative reviews, the lies though🙈🙊🙉...

Trusting you well, I would really like to know when should I expect payment for I don't how many times I'm asking, followed by countless emails, unattended phone calls, don't even want to talk about your WhatsApp operator, very bad service, infact the whole administration system.
I am deeply disgruntled by your services and I'm hoping that one day you will find a way to put your customers first, I totally feel unprioritized but it's ok.
It's been over a month now given out every info you wanted from me but I'm even surprised today that when I conversated with your IG account Operator, you still requested my details, of which I sent everything on the the 10th of July to your WhatsApp operator and your Customer care Operator.
So now that we here, please treat my claim with urgency, you already breached your own refund policy and I've been **** to and yet I was lenient as well.
I've been checking out the companies reviews, not so good at all, not good for the company's publicity and trust me you have lost me as a customer.
No gratitude whatsoever.
