lost luggage and no care from intercity express bus line....

April 23rd 2019 my younger sister booked a intercity express bus from Pietermaritzburg to Margate...upon arrival my sister couldnt find her luggage ,meaning someone had taken her luggage ,first of all non of the passengers where given stickers with numbers that matched their tickets,and the assistant driver did not get out to ensure that no one stole or took other passengers luggage....my sister called to report this but its been more than 24hrs and intercity express has not called her back with feed back...the contents of the lost suitcase include expensive hair and clothes.....I'm very dissapointed in the bus line for not caring about their passengers who paid to be on that bus and who paid for their belongings to be taken care of until they reach their destination....... I'm utterly disgusted by how the bus staff don't care and also the head office.....
