Late Bus Arrivals

Bad service from this bus company... Waiting for the bus to arrive for 2 hours and still waiting. When asked where is the bus no one has answers and told to wait for the bus driver and complain to him... I expect you as a company to have answers or track down the bus where it is.

They need to improve they service and know where the buses are.

Poor service at its best...
