Late Bus and Rude Lady at customer care center

Our bus booked from Midrand to PE is very late we have been here since 15:00 and we phone the gentleman said he will phone back it’s more than 30 min now without him returning our call. Tried to phone and was told by the lady who was very rude that the gentleman went out and she hung the phone on my ear 3 times. Pam
