Lack of support

For the past two days, I have been trying to get support, but unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone effectively. The phone line is either not picked up, or when it is, the person on the other end just says "hello" as if they can't hear you. On WhatsApp, the agent responds briefly, then disappears for hours without further communication.

All I’m trying to do is update the departure dates on my ticket. This is the worst service ever, their customer helpline is as good as not existence
