JHB-DBN Very dissatisfied

The service was very poor, the bus was late. Departure time was suppose to be at 07:45 but the bus left at 09:05. arrival time was suppose to be at 15:25 but we arrived at 17:30 and we had to take out our own luggage which may result in people losing their stuff. They don't even care about the passangers safety.It was my first time booking Intercity Xpress and I will never recommend it to anyone.
