It's my first time using them and I'm disappointed at being in a FILTHY bus

It's my first time using them and I'm disappointed at being in a FILTHY bus. Bus arrived late at Park station. No apology for that.Had to walk out of Park station to board the bus outside at the entrance of the station , allegedly because Intercity Express is not registered to use the bus bays inside the station. Makes me wonder what else is not up to scratch about this company. And why are there no female employees around? A hostess maybe?
