IterCity Express - Lost Suitcase due to Driver negligence

I contacted *** on numerous occasions, I have send numerous emails, in regards to my daughter’s lost suitcase. When you do eventually get thru they rude and not very helpful, there is just one lady that tried to help, Sokaranie... i am still waiting for a Manager to phone back, all they did was send out an sms to all passengers to contact their landline if they have a lost bag.. but how is someone suppose to phone them if their line is always not working???? The staff on 2 of the calls I made put the phone down while I was being busy speaking. I keep on sending emails, keep on trying to phone no one gets back to me with any update, yesterday no one could get thru to your landline!!!!! No one apologized for losing my daughter’s suitcase not even the driver!!!!!!! he just said well its either by Pietermaritzburg or Scottburgh. Her ticket number is: STA7TAU01 My daughter was on the Intercity from Heidelberg – Gauteng to Margate on Sunday the 29th of September 2024 @ 10h00 Intercity Express. The driver was Theo – license plate of the bus – LY 22 HW GP. When they stopped in Margate the driver had lost her suitcase . He think it’s either in Scottburgh or Pietermaritzburg, when he phoned the Margate office they told him that they would send out an sms to everyone once they are online…. I want the suitcase back and Intercity has to bring it to me in Margate at your costs as your driver lost it, and all my daughter’s clothes is in there. I will report it on Hello Peter and on social Media as well as put a claim thru the Court.
