my partner and I purchased a ticket to durban travelling from Johannesburg from checkers that boards in Benoni, Lakeside Mall.<br> <br> we were set to leave at 20:45. We only left at 21:00 as the bus was late. we then travelled to Parkstation to collect more passengers. I am already upset as this was not the specified route that we were informed would be taken. <br> <br> when we arrived in Parkstation. we were then subjected to searches from the police of our luggage without consent, without a warrant. That is *******. when we asked the usher why this was happening, we were told \the police can do what they want"with a snarky attitude.<br> Our human rights were violated and I am quite frankly disgusted with the attitude and the customer service that this company has. <br> <br> I will be pressing charges and I will be suing.
