Intercity Xpress unprofessional and horrible service.

I have never seen such horrible treatment of drivers and customer. The bus is late and then we are told lies to make the passengers switch to an old bus with no charging ports and no labelling. Further to that who ever is instructing this last minute switch has no regard for the drivers or for the passenger. This caused a completely unacceptable delay of one hour!!! PLEASE DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. I RECOMMEND ELDO COACHES.
