Intercity Xpress Unprofessional

In future, we as the customers would like more transparency about all the additional stops. I booked a bus from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg Park Station and only expected one stop in Bergview, on the website it said the bus would arrive at 1:50pm - it didn't due to all the additional stops. This is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate considering some of us arrange transport for that specific time. Not to mention the constant changing of busses during the trip could cause loss of possessions. I am extremely disappointed and the bus only arrived at 4pm.
