Intercity Xpress Shocking Service

Good Day I recently took a trip from Intercity Xpress from Vereeniging to Durban station. The bus arrived one and a half hours late which i was not too worried about as i had a two hour wait in Durban for my coach to Port Shepstone. At Harrismith where we stopped for a break i asked the driver a simple question if we would get to Durban by 7 pm, His simple reply was--I DONT KNOW. We arrived at 8pm, i missed my shuttle and had to call family to drive all the way from Port Shepstone to pick me up. My wife through all of this phoned the call centre who sent a email asking help from any company going from Durban to Port Shepstone, Knowing too well there were no busses going there after 8pm I asked for a refund but have not even received a courtesy letter,
