Intercity Xpress nightmare

This is the worst bus service I've ever seen. Not Only was the bus late at pretoria station, we had to turn around at park station because the bus was not registered or something. We went to this Stabus head office and waited and waited for hours for the other bus to come fetch us and we simply annoyed and frustrated . The bus eventually came and we had to wait outside for the drivers to discuss and park the busses. With no clear communication on what's going on. The bus had leave Gauteng perhaps at 12h30 and now its been 2 hours since. If this not incompetence to the core I dont know. I dont think ill ever use this bus any longer. No apologies or anything.
