Intercity Xpress is SO USELESS

Dear readers, I find myself in utter disgust having booked a ticket with Intercity Xpress. Only now, I find myself upset yet impressed, as I have never come across an organisation more determined to bask in their uselessness as I have witnessed with Intercity Xpress. Expecting customers to pay 20% extra for their tickets because roads are closed and the bus cannot pass to get to the destination as promised due to looting and strikes. You call their customer care line on *** is an absolute waste of time, we may as well take the money we intend to spend on airtime to call them and literally burn it as when you call this line all their agents do is answer the call and place you back in line! I would feel seriously ashamed and embarrassed to represent a company such as this in any way or form and truly encourage EVERYONE out there who would like to book a ticket, even out of desperation not to book with this organisation as their service is pathetic AT BEST. The staff when you finally get through are rude and definitely not interested in keeping their jobs because they sound like they loathe working there... then again, who wouldn't?
