Intercity xpress is PATHETIC

If i could rate them -5 stars i would. PATHETIC service. We have been standing here for 1 hour and 30 min and still no bus. And the service from the intercity xpress inspectors are even worst. Trying to find our where the hell the bus is, then we get laughed at and ignored. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!
