Intercity xpress is horrible. Horrible.

It was my first time using this bus yesterday and I am 100% sure I never will again. I was with my mom and her sister and they both share the same feelings. Horrible experience. 💀

There weren't even any bus numbers visible on the bus exterior, just a man carrying a paper asking you about the route number on your ticket. He'll eventually tell you where to stand and then you'll have to get to the horrible part... waiting for the bus. 😔 The bus was supposed to leave at 18h35 but left past 20h00. They had to sign our names off a list, like a classroom register - imagine that madness and there's so many people waiting to get on! 😭

There was pushing and shoving, people panicking and trying to secure seating space. And their words of assurance were "calm down, everyone will get a space in the bus" and there were still a few buses in sight and a multitude waiting to get on. 🙆🏾♀️

The journey started, eventually. 🥱

The bathroom/store breaks? Annoyingly long. 😮💨About 30 minutes long and the buses have the nerve to depart Park Station late. Let me keep it short, we arrived at 09h20 in King William's Town when we were supposed to get there at 06h45. 🥴

This company needs to do better, have more direction when it comes to check-ins and boarding, they need to shorten those bathroom breaks because what? And lastly, that 'signing people's names off a list' shenanigan? Try something else please, horrible idea. People will panick and get rowdy if the company continues to lack direction.
