Intercity Xpress is a Disgrace

Your service is beyond horrible. I'm even short of words to express my disappointment with your service. Why do you make bookings when you have no buses and which country's clock do your drivers use? Thirdly, your bus stinks. I will not be caught dead travelling in your bus ever again. I feel sorry for your customer base which are poor people. My bus was supposed to depart from Pretoria to Durban at 11:45 on 09 January 2020 and only departed at 13:00. You have no shame!
