Intercity Xpress health and safety failure

Poor public service. Deem it ok to have a bus with approx. 50 people depart from Pretoria to Margate with no aircon. Ave temperature in the bus; 47 degrees!! A bus carrying elderly and small kids. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
