Intercity Xpress has fallen

Extremely terrible service, prices are way too high, I've travelling with intercity for the last 15 years and each year they just getting worse and worse

1. I paid R1000 for a one way trip which is just madness 2. They arrived with a Bus which was not marked and the drivers failed to inform us that they worked for intercity, the bus terrible to my opinion it shouldn't be on the road 3. Aircon didn't work, charging ports also didn't work, reclining seats as well, honestly I was shocked that bus itself worked 4. Departure and Arrival times weren't met( not surprised) 5. No toilets as advertised

I Hope Intercity ups it game for the future passengers as I wont be using them again, Intercity was truly the best bus and had the best service, sadly I cant say the same today.
