Intercity Xpress bus driver Kelvin

On the 8/07/2024 two of my children were traveling using intercity xpress bus, my 7year old and 18 year old this bus driven by a driver by the name of Kelvin the best left Durban station at 10am in the morning. The bus was suppose to drop them off at Heidelberg drop but they did not happen this driver when contacted said he did not go to Heidelberg due to an accident that had taken place before that drop zone. So he decided he will by pass Heidelberg and go drop them off in JHB park station what make me angry is that the driver did not inform anybody about these changes only when he was contacted he said he dropped the of at park station also on that note he did not take them to the ticket station to inform them to make contact with us about the kids this bus was supposed to drop them off at 4:30 pm my dad was waiting for them since 4 pm up until 6pm when we took the initiative to find out what happen to this bus only to find out this so called Kevin dumped my kid at park station with prior arrangements these kids had no phone to reach out to us. My kids were stuck I park station for 3 and hours from 6pm to 9:30pm in cold weather and the unsafest place in Johannesburg, my fathers had to drive from Heidelberg where he was waiting to JHB Park station at night not forgetting he has eyesight issues and wasting his petrol to get the kids whilst Kelvin was home safe with his family. I’m still stunned and shocked that as old as he is probably has his own kids he would dump these kids at that spot and continue with journeys without thinking to notify the parents or emergency contacts. And the the staff members in Heidelberg office have no respect or customer service for the customers they were asked numerous time when this bus will arrive but my father would shunned aside with a disgusting attitude when inquired. I’m appalled by the service rendered by these people never will I or any of my family use this horrific bus service ever again my 7 year old is traumatized with events from yesterday. But I would like to thank the Durban branch im not sure of his name an Asian gentleman who works there thank you so much if it was not for him we wouldn’t have been able to locate my kids and also thank you to Asian gentlemen who works in Heidelberg branch who assisted my father the rest of the staff and the drivers there are rotten hope none of you have to go through what we we went through.
