Intercity xpress bus

Arrived at exactly 7:37 in Bosman my bus was at 7:30 when i arrived i was told the bus left 10 minutes ago, when i asked why they didnt call to check how far i was since thats what other buses do, they said they dont call reason why i was late because Ubers are not allowed tp drop us at the Station they drop us a bit far from the Station and you have to walk. Had to book and pay for another ticket with a different bus
